  • When are clothes picked up?
    Every week on Sunday, we come by after 12:00pm. There's a 1.5 hour window where we pick things up, so make sure you leave it out before noon, and we'll send text updates along the way!
  • When should I leave my clothes out?
    When you leave your clothes out is up to you, and our delivery is contactless. However, make sure you leave them out before our pickup time of Saturday at 10am, because our employees come between 10am and noon.
  • Is delivery contactless?
    Yes, we pick it up, and head out.
  • What if the laundry is stolen?
    If your laundry is stolen, we offer a reimbursement according to our insurance policy in the terms and conditions.
